Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products and services offered by La Fabrique à Souvenirs, registered under SIRET number 90531741800028, with its registered office at Zi la vallée la grande fabrique 38500 Voiron, reachable by email at lafabriquevoiron@gmail.com and by phone at 07 70 32 31 09.
1.Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of hand molds and associated services provided by La Fabrique à Souvenirs.
2.Products and Services
Molds are made at the request of the customer, by appointment, at home, in the studio, or at the hospital with the consent of the healthcare providers. Each creation is unique and handmade, so slight variations may exist between the models presented on the site and the final product.
3.Orders
Any order placed through the La Fabrique à Souvenirs website or directly with La Fabrique à Souvenirs implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
An order is validated after written confirmation (email or message) and payment of a 30% deposit, if applicable.
The production time will vary depending on the request and will be communicated to the customer at the time of the order.
4.Prices and Payment
The prices listed on the site are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).
Payment can be made by the following methods: bank transfer, cash, or through the site dashboard.stripe.com.
The balance must be paid at the time of delivery of the mold.
5.Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized and made-to-order products.
If the order is canceled before the molding, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation after the service has started will not result in any refund.
6.Delivery and Pickup of Orders
Orders can be picked up at 1 Avenue George Frier, 38500 Voiron.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be indicated at the time of the order.
In case of delays beyond our control, we commit to keeping the customer informed.
7.Liability
La Fabrique à Souvenirs commits to carrying out each mold with care, using non-allergenic materials.
The Seller shall not be responsible for non-performance, poor performance, or delays in the execution of the obligations outlined in these T&Cs caused by the Buyers, an unforeseen event, force majeure, or any previously listed causes.
8.Protection of Personal Data
The personal information collected during orders is used solely for the service provided and is neither sold nor shared. In accordance with the GDPR, you may exercise your right to access, modify, or delete your personal data by contacting us at lafabriquevoiron@gmail.com.
9.Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. If no solution is reached, any dispute will be subject to French law and brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of La Fabrique à Souvenirs' registered office.
